HOW IT WORKS
PHASE 1: CONSULTATION & SPECIFICATION
Every commission begins with a conversation. We work with you to select the ideal Signature design from our collection and finalize the details to fit your interior.
Design & Dimensions: Tailoring the piece to your specific floor plan and seating requirements.
Material Selection: Choosing between - Red Oak, Maple, or our premium Black Walnut, or White Oak.
Preliminary Estimate: We provide an initial cost and timeline to ensure the project aligns with your expectations.
PHASE 2: DESIGN & FINAL APPROVAL
This is where your vision takes shape. Once you have reviewed the estimate and wish to move forward.
We translate our conversation into 3D Renderings to refine proportions and design. Because these are established designs, we move efficiently from approval into production.
Detailed 3D Renderings: Visualizing the final piece to ensure every detail is resolved.
Material Selection: Clients are guided through a curated selection of wood and finish samples to ensure every detail aligns with your vision.
50% Initial Payment: This deposit secures your place in our production queue. And we begin sourcing your material.
PHASE 3: FABRICATION & DELIVERY
With the design locked in, fabrication begins at our shop. We combine traditional joinery with modern precision to build furniture that lasts for generations.
Process Updates: You aren't left in the dark. We provide regular updates as your piece moves through the building process
Hand-Applied Finishes: We use non-toxic, hard wax oils which are safe for your home from day one.
White-Glove Delivery: For ALL or our projects, we personally deliver and install your piece to ensure your furniture is placed exactly where it belongs.
