Once you have submitted the request, you’ll receive a response from our team within 24 hours. We’ll recommend wood species, sizing, and general design ideas based on your specifications. After we have a solid grasp of your project, we’ll work up a quote for you.

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll ask for a non-refundable deposit in order to begin. We’ll order all the materials for your project. The lead times can take 6-8 weeks depending on the availability of your preferred wood species and production queue.

Once the materials arrive, you will be send an email verifying all details for your custom piece of furniture. Your custom piece of furniture will be crafted in house, ensuring an exceptional level of care, quality, and attention to detail. This is where the magic happens!

After your project has been completed, we will reach out to coordinate white glove delivery, where our team will carefully assemble and place your piece exactly where you’d like. If you are outside of our local radius, we’ll coordinate long-distance delivery with you. At this stage, we will also collect your final balance.

All of our pieces are finished with a natural hardwax oil that protects, enhances, and waterproofs hardwood surfaces. We recommend using a damp cloth to wipe down the surface only when necessary. For tougher stains, use 1 part vinegar or mild dish soap with 10 parts water.
